3. Hugo Strange Played By Robin Williams
Hugo Strange rose to prominence for me when I played Batman: Arkham City, and the character is now one of my favourite Batman villains to the extent that I see him as ideal for inclusion in a film. He can't exactly physically match Batman though, so the best approach would be to present him as the brains behind the operation using another villain to carry out the physical threat to Batman. he could perhaps be introduced as an Arkham scientist who later manages to deduce that Batman is actually Bruce Wayne, similar to his role in Arkham City, then uses a villain such as Hush to attempt to extinguish the Bat. As for who should play Hugo Strange, I think Robin Williams should get a chance at it, especially since he has been linked to so many Batman rogues roles over the past, he was up for The Joker in 1989's Batman, he even lobbied hard for The Riddler in Batman Forever, and even recently he was rumoured to portray Hugo Strange in Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises. Williams has proved his chops in dramatic roles such as Good Will Hunting, and One Hour Photo, and the leap to him playing a psychotic psychologist isn't so broad when you consider those two roles. He also played a smart and calculating villain in Christopher Nolan's Insomnia, where he was the main antagonist, and he undoubtedly deserves the opportunity to realise his dream to be in a comic book movie.
