With a title like "Dawn Of Justice", rumours and theories about how the League members factor into Batman V Superman have been doing the rounds since the movie was first announced. As of right now, it's believed that The Flash will appear as a blur stopping a convenience store robbery, Victor Stone will be left injured and in a position to be transformed into Cyborg in Justice League, and Green Lantern may or may not show up at the end to warn Earth's heroes about a threat from outer space. Aquaman is the only team member other than Wonder Woman to have been officially revealed, leading us all to assume that he's going to have as big a role in this movie as her. Unfortunately, Empire points out that his cameo is going to be "elusive", while Snyder would only say that, "You will understand he exists." It doesn't exactly sound like we should expect to see him conjuring a tidal wave to take down Doomsday or fighting alongside Batman and Superman just yet then. Based on this description, those rumours that all we're going to see is his hand and trident due to him being kept in a containment cell created by Lex Luthor are sounding very likely.
