Although the next time we see Hulk is due to be Thor: Ragnarok - for an interplanetary buddy-buddy road movie with Goldilocks himself - Anthony Mackie (The Falcon) recently made a gaff in an interview where he said it was a pleasure working with all the Avengers on Civil War, name-checking Mark Ruffalo in the process. His back-pedalling attempt to say he was talking in generalisations didn't work at all; "I was giving respect to my fellow actors. I said Marvel movies are so great because they have great actors." Now go back and re-read his initial statement; it definitely sounds like he worked with Ruffalo specifically on Civil War.
"It's more of an acting movie than an action movie. I feel like the story is very concise and interesting. And you get to see Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Mark Ruffalo, and everybody, just do really good acting."
So don't be too surprised if you at least see Bruce Banner show up along the way, if not 'the other guy'. If Bruce is next going to be seen travelling the rainbow bridge with Thor, we'll need to fill in a few gaps between that and where last he was seen - somewhere off the coast of Fiji. What surprise appearances are you expected in Captain America: Civil War? Shout out your picks down in the comments.
