4. WHY DID THEY SPOIL THE BLOODY TWIST?!

The revelation that Bucky was behind the death of Tony Stark's parents was a great little twist and the perfect way to turn Iron Man back against Bucky (though his "you killed my mom" line was a little Batman v Superman for my tastes), and it would have been brilliantly effective if it hadn't been spoiled a whole two years ago.

If you were paying attention during The Winter Soldier, Arnem Zola basically spelled out the fact, and while it was more important that Tony didn't know, it felt like a missed opportunity to let the whole audience enjoy the same emotional transaction as Stark. Instead, the minute the car crash was shown at the start of the film and Bucky appeared on his bike, memories of Zola's words came flooding back and the twist was ruined.
