3. Black Panther

The other future Avenger who will be making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in Captain America: Civil War is Black Panther AKA T'Challa. Chadwick Boseman will be portraying the character in the movie and, like Tom Holland's Spider-Man, there's absolutely no chance of him dying, because he has his first solo movie coming up - in his case in 2018. As part of Team Iron Man, Black Panther will be an anti-legislation hero, who has probably seen the Black Panther persona utilised uninterrupted for many years in his native Wakanda (and, as a result, probably thinks "why should I have to co-operate with any government?"). As well as starring in his own movie, he will go on to become a key member of the Avengers in future MCU instalments - just like he has been in the comic books for many years - and he will definitely survive the events of Civil War, whether his team are the victors or not.
