3. Mechanical Moving Eyes

In the comics, the eyes on Spider-Man's costume move to allow artists to express emotion through the mask. Well, Kevin Feige promised that this suit would have something previous versions didn't, and the moving eyes are clearly it. However, rather than just changing with no explanation like Deadpool in his recent movie, these are clearly mechanical in nature (listen carefully during the trailer and you can even hear whirring). That's a clever way to allow the big screen Spidey to also express emotion rather than having an unmoving mask like previous iterations, and it's interesting to ponder what other upgrades those lenses might have courtesy of Tony Stark. However, the best thing about these lenses is the fact that the larger version pays homage to John Romita Sr., while the smaller ones are clearly another nod to the legendary Steve Ditko.
