One thing that seems certain is that at some point in Captain America: Civil War, Steve Rogers is going to be calling on the assistance of Scott Lang Ant-Man himself. The D23 Expo screening showed Lang to be quite an Avengers fanboy, and the sting at the tail of the Ant-Man movie confirmed by Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige to be footage filmed for inclusion in Civil War definitely indicates that Falcon intends to recruit Lang to the Captains cause to help out with the newly captured Winter Soldier, aka the once and future Bucky Barnes.
