Captain Marvel Reviews: 11 Early Reactions You Must See

1. It Has Some Surprises

Looking at the marketing for Captain Marvel so far, there's a fairly clear picture of what we can expect in terms of the story. The trailers haven't been entirely spoilerific to date, but with the heavier workload that comes with a brand new character (and partly aiming at a whole new demographic), there's a lot more in there than something like Avengers: Infinity War or Endgame's teasers needed to show.

But that said, it seems that we CAN expect some surprises, including the return of some old characters according to Kara Warner. Whether she means the likes of Coulson, Fury, Ronan and Korath or someone ELSE at this stage remains to be seen, but it's definitely an intriguing possibility.
