5. Two-Face - Oscar Isaac
Oscar Isaac has shown great range in some of his more notable recent performances. He's been charming and likeable as Po Dameron in Star Wars but has also played the deranged and obsessive Nathan in Ex Machina. If he were able to channel those two vastly different personalities into one performance, he would make one hell of a Harvey Dent.
Two-Face was already fantastically brought to life by Aaron Eckhart in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, though he spent most of his tenure playing second fiddle to Heath Ledger's Joker. Two-Face deserves far more as one of Batman's most famous adversaries and an actor like Oscar Isaac would be a more than suitable candidate to show Harvey Dent's decline into madness.
The best route for Isaac's Dent would be to first appear as an ally of Bruce Wayne, like Eckhart in The Dark Knight, and gradually show his decline into Two-Face over multiple movies. Perhaps, with an actor as good as Isaac at the wheel, Two-Face could become Batman's biggest adversary.
