Chadwick Boseman: Every Movie Ranked Worst To Best

10. Avengers: Endgame (2019)

And just like that, Chadwick Boseman's filmography goes from middling to exceptional.

Avengers: Endgame featured his last appearance in an MCU picture (though he has a voice role in the upcoming series What If?), and though he doesn't show up until the final battle scene, his is perhaps the most memorable and badass entrance of the expanded team.

Endgame is, all told, a majestic sight.

The sheer volume of characters, fan service, action scenes and emotion is unrivalled by anything in Marvel's back catalogue. Everything, ever since Iron Man's (Robert Downey Jr) debut in 2008, had built to this movie, and it didn't disappoint for even a second.

But we need to rank it with Boseman in mind.

This film features a great turn from the actor, as he interacts with Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and gets a chance to run about with the Infinity Gauntlet, but it's also his smallest MCU role. Epic in every sense, yes, but not impressive enough to take away from the simple brilliance of his other Marvel appearances.
