3. Vision And Scarlet Witch

In The Comics:

Both Vision and Scarlet Witch appear in the original line-up of Infinity Gauntlet, though they're members of different Avengers teams despite having been married for 16 years before Infinity Gauntlet, since 1975.

Vision scores a few good hits against Thanos in battle, impressing him initially before destroying him mercilessly. She's also killed in the same battle easily. Their romantic relationship really isn't a big part of the story.

In The Film:

The pair's developing romance seems to be another big sub-plot, which would appear to have been introduced to add drama to the fact that Vision is powered by an Infinity Stone. Expect it not to go well.

He's obviously part of the film's totally new presentation of the Infinity Stones, which were with cosmic entities in the comics, but which are mostly all in the possession of heroes and their affiliates in the MCU.
