Deadpool 2: 102 Easter Eggs, Gags & References Explained
60. The Inhibitor Collars
All of the mutant prisoners are forced to wear inhibitor collars to take away their powers so they can't escape. These are essentially the same collars that have previously appeared in the comics and in X-Men spin-off show The Gifted.
59. Hawkeye
Rather cruelly, Wade greets the realisation that his powers are gone and that he's quickly being riddled with cancer again with the announcement that he's basically as bad as the worst MCU superhero:
"My superpower right now is cancer. Give me a bow and arrow and I'm basically Hawkeye."
58. Alan Tudyk's Cameo
The film is packed with cameos and one of the strangest is the appearance by Alan Tudyk as one of the rednecks that Cable interrupts when he comes back from the future and demands to know what year it is.
The other redneck is played by "Dickie Greenleaf," which is the name of a character in The Talented Mr Ripley, weirdly. That suggests it's someone famous in disguise, but nobody seems to have worked out who yet.
