Disney Star Cameron Boyce Dies At Age 20
Tragedy has struck again for one of Hollywood’s youngest actors.
Disney Star Cameron Boyce died in his sleep at the young age of 20 on July 6, 2019. You might recognize Boyce as one of Adam Sandler’s sons in the hit-film series Grown Ups or from Disney’s TV film franchise Descendants.
A Boyce family spokesperson told ABC News Saturday night that “He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.” The family’s representative was also quoted saying, “The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.”
Cameron Boyce began his Hollywood acting career at the young age of 9, first starring in the horror film “Mirrors.” You may also recognize Boyce from his role as the mischievous Luke Ross in the Disney Channel’s hit series “Jessie.” After four seasons of Jessie, Cameron Boyce starred as one of the villainous Cruella De Vil’s children in the Disney TV film franchise Descendants.
