From the little we get of him, we know he has children, presumably Franklin and Valeria. He also said that his wife is still alive. Fingers crossed it is Emily Blunt as Susan Storm.
While it is possible that John Krasinski will not be playing the main 616 Reed Richards that will be featured once the Fantastic Four movie goes off the ground. We do know that Reed Richards already exists in the main universe since Doctor Strange recognized his name as a person known in the ‘60s.
By context clues, 616 Reed Richards might be known as a scientist that involved his family in a big experiment, leading to their decades long disappearance and eventual formation as The Fantastic Four.
