From one Harry Potter film to another, here we come to arguably the best of the film series (The Prizoner of Azkaban is a close second).
It's overlong, sometimes by-the-numbers and the "Did You Put Your Name In The Goblet Of Fire?!?!" line remains cringe-worthy, but otherwise this is a great blockbuster. The spectacle is fantastic, but it's all superbly counter-balanced by the fine character moments and surprisingly effective comedy. Best of all it's also a very satisfying adaptation of the book and doesn't make any annoying source material deviations.
This is basically all the best elements of the franchise together in one place and it's still an extremely satisfying watch today. In particular, the graveyard finale is arguably the best scene of the entire franchise. This and the preceding film were the high-point of the series and a high-point it never managed to top.
