Yet again, we're back to the chaos in Malta, though this time the attacking dinosaurs were coordinated and following orders, rather than just eating whoever happened to cross their paths. The dinosaurs in question here were Soyona Santos' (Dichen Lachman) trained Atrociraptors.

Said dinosaurs, who saw far more screen time in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory than Dominion, were trained to follow Santos' orders based on a triggering light, as the Indoraptor was shown to do in Fallen Kingdom. In theory, these could have, and probably should have, been some of the most dangerous dinosaurs in the history of the franchise.

However, though one of Barry's (Omar Sy) French Intelligence colleagues was taken down by them, as soon as the attack order was given, they were also tasked with hunting down Barry himself, Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), and Owen Grady. 

The only success they saw was with this unnamed agent, as the other three escaped relatively unscathed, so maybe that is quite telling. Or, maybe he was just the unlucky one.
