EVERY Jurassic Park & World Death RANKED By Stupidity

35. Lewis Dodgson - Jurassic World Dominion

As a villain, Jurassic World Dominion's Lewis Dodgson (Campbell Scott) left a lot to be desired. His ties to the original park, in that he was the one behind Dennis Nedry's (Wayne Knight) sabotage, were criminally under-explored, and for lack of a better word, the character was rather boring.

Essentially, he was yet another with more money than sense who believed that he could control dinosaurs and was ultimately proved fatally wrong. Granted, he may have done a better job than most, but no matter how many electro-signals he could send into the creatures' brains, surrounding himself with dinosaurs was a stupid decision.

His death was always an inevitability, in that no one expected him to get out of Italy alive, and though there was a certain ironic and poetic justice at being killed by a Dilophosaurus, the same animal that killed Nedry all those years earlier, his death scene was rather understated.

Dinosaurs got free, as was to be expected at some point, and in trying to get to safety, Dodgson's escape route was cut off. Yes, surrounding himself with dinos was never going to end well, but in terms of the specifics of his death, there wasn't too much he could have done.
