Every MCU Credits Scene Ranked From Worst To Best

Scene: Dr Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard) is invited by Nick Fury to investigate the Tesseract. Unfortunately, what Fury doesn't know is that a still-alive Loki (who apparently died during the film's finale) has taken control of Selvig.

It's interesting: while the MCU's Phase One is (let's face it) considerably less memorable than Phases Two or Three, it was easily the best phase for credits scenes.

Thor's sole credits scene is excellent. It ties the film to the wider cinematic universe without being in-your-face about it, it offers a shocking twist and best of all, it sets up what's to come in a genuinely exciting way that'll leave viewers eager to see what happens next.

In other words, it's a showcase for how to make a great MCU credits scene.
