4. The Siberian Five
After the success of Bucky and the Winter Soldier programme, Hydra successfully replicated their first super soldier five more times, creating an entire squad of expert assassins.
Other than a glimpse of their training, in which they were able to best Bucky in hand to hand combat, little is actually seen of these soldiers in the MCU. However, this was proof enough that their training worked, as they were able to defeat the original Winter Soldier.
While cryogenically frozen in Siberia with no way to defend themselves from a certain Sokovian with a gun, Zemo put a bullet in each of their skulls. Before the eventual downfall of Hydra however, they were a terrifyingly deadly black ops team.
According to Bucky, these five soldiers could speak 30 languages, hide in plain sight, and take down an entire country in one night without ever being seen. It's entirely possible that Bucky was even wrongly given the credit for some of the blood that should have been on these ten hands, and there is no doubt that they were a far more successful and effective team of super soldiers than the Flag Smashers ever were.
