Every Movie That Received An F CinemaScore Ranked From Worst To Best
7. Silent House (2012)
A Hollywood remake of the 2010 Uruguayan horror film of the same name, Silent House had all the makings of a solid horror film - what with capable lead actress Elizabeth Olsen and a nifty "single take" gimmick (achieved by digitally blending takes together) - but instead it's super boring and really not that scary.
Olsen's performance is the sole reason the movie is remotely watchable, while the stylistic trickery ultimately doesn't add much immersion or heighten the suspense at all (especially as the seams are incredibly obvious).
It clearly scored an F grade because conventional horror audiences found it dull as dishwater, though given the borderline-ridiculous amount of Olsen's cleavage on display throughout, it's honestly pretty surprising it scored the lowest possible grade.
