Every Star Wars Movie Villain Ranked From Worst To Best
3. Jabba The Hutt
Loveable Jabba is so powerful a foe he managed to throw a wrench into the plans of the rebellion by capturing Han Solo, forcing his friends to detour from their mission to save him. Not too shabby for a gross space slug.
He’s also quite a cruel figure, prone to feeding people to horrible monsters and tormenting those under his command. You wouldn’t think this from his awkward, badly rendered appearance in A New Hope’s Special Edition, but in hindsight, he must have taken the moment Han stepped on his tail really badly; which is fair, really.
He receives the ultimate in karmic justice when Leia wraps her slave chain around his neck and ends his miserable life, but for a sub-villain, he sure managed to leave a big impact on the series.
