There are few Marvel comic storylines as popular and epic as its zombie arc, which made its way into the MCU in the fifth episode of What If...?'s first season.
Despite the episode itself a bit of a mess despite its potential, an animated zombies series is in development and set to explore a new host of superheroes in a world overrun by the undead.
Given a wider scope than one episode, Marvel Zombies has plenty of opportunity to do its comic book inspiration justice on the small screen, and for comic fans in particular it's sure to be a major hit going forward. Fingers crossed.
