25. Zander Rice

It's hard to really judge Zander Rice on the same level as any other villains in the X-Men universe, but it's necessary all the same, because he's the underlying big bad in Logan. He's also the single most impressively efficient of all of the enemies of mutants in movie history, based on how close he comes to making them all extinct (obviously with an accidental hand from Professor X).

But, in truth, Rice just isn't in the film enough and the exceptional casting of Richard E Grant ended up feeling a bit like a stunt. It added gravitas to the character, admittedly, but you end up with a sort of "look what you could have won" deal when he turns up and then disappears again just as quickly.

Still, by deeds and reputation, he's a sh*t of considerable size.
