How about an Argus Filch prequel that casts him in a more sympathetic light, a la the string of recent Disney films that show the classic villains before they were beaten down by time and circumstance into the malevolent creatures they eventually become.

Basically, I want to learn more about Squibs and how they fit into the larger wizarding community. Because for all their high and mighty talk about how Muggles are just as good as witches and wizards, there is definitely a huge stigma against Squibs.

Let's be real, it must have royally sucked to grow up in the wizarding world without any magical powers. It's one thing for Muggles - ignorance is bliss. But to be fully aware of magic but at the same time not be able to access it? That's just cruel.

So imagine little Argus Filch, maybe with a couple of magical siblings, always on the outside looking in. I would love to see Film young and optimistic, getting dragged into a series of adventures where everyone else has magic but he has to rely on his wits alone.
