The exclamation was used by Amos Diggory when he first meets Harry in the Goblet Of Fire and also by Horace Slughorn when he is discovered by Dumbledore at the start of The Half-Blood Prince hiding disguised as a chair.

Newt uses it in Fantastic Beasts too to keep up the phrase's popular use.
