Fantastic Four New Trailer Breakdown: 25 Things You Need To See

4. Doom By Name...

That would certainly be in keeping with the adolescent downfall of the heroes in director Josh Trank's previous film, Chronicle. And speaking of which, the villain here clearly has something in common with the bad guy in Trank's directorial debut. There, Dane DeHaan's character began as a sort-of hero, having gained powers with his friends; as time goes by, however, his past experiences warp his priorities so he begins to use his frightening abilities for bad. It doesn't look like Victor Domashev starts off quite so angsty here. Far from it, in fact. If anything the man who would be Doom looks to be getting on with the rest of the future Fantastic Four better than Reed Richards himself, what with getting drunk with Johnny Storm and having some fun €œhe doesn't like taking orders€ interplay at the start of the trailer.
