In an almost throw-away comment during the barbecue in Dom's rooftop garden, Mr Nobody says that Cipher may have got away but they believe they've located her in Greece.

This is surprising for a number of reasons - mostly because she hasn't lost her infrastructure as the world's finest hacker/Internet criminal and would presumably still be able to dox her profile every few minutes. So maybe she wants to be found?

Either way, the suggestion is very much that she will return for the 9th film, and that we'll possibly see an opening set piece in Greece. Hopefully it will tie to the rest of the narrative better than the Cuban prologue here, which was just an excuse for a race and some lurid shots of ladies' bottoms.
