7. Most Of The Male Characters Are Huge Creeps

Almost every single man in this movie is a colossal creep, with the exception of Christian's (Jamie Dornan) brother Elliot (Luke Grimes). For starters, Anastasia's (Dakota Johnson) friend-zoned pal Jose (Victor Rasuk) is back, and when he invites Ana to his new art exhibit, she's shocked to find that it features six gigantic pictures of her, which he used without her permission. It's...hilarious.

Then there's Ana's new boss, Jack Hyde (Eric Johnson), who stares creepily at Ana on more than one occasion and ends up coming onto her aggressively in his office with a distinctly rapey vibe. The very end of the movie then suggests he'll be back for more in the sequel.

And finally, there's the paragon of creepiness himself, Christian, who spends most of the movie attempting to dictate what Ana does with her life, while staring a hole through her in a way that says he'd gladly wear her skin if given half the chance.

Yes, this is a woman's story, but do almost all of the guys need to be such repellent a**holes?
