15. It Really Delivers

Despite the fact that the first Guardians was very easily the least hyped of the MCU's movies when it was first announced (mostly because the team were so comparatively unknown in the mainstream), there's a good chance that its sequel is the most hyped addition to Phase 3.

Inevitably, that means it's also the most likely to disappoint (because since when has hype been reasoned and not completely over the top?). Thankfully, it seems James Gunn has delivered something that actually - quite remarkably - lives up to the hype.

And crucially, it's a great continuation of the characters, which should excite fans a lot.
