10. Nebula Had Her Brain Taken Out

When Nebula reveals her tragic, abusive back-story and reveals touchingly that all she wanted was a sister, we get the best of the entire sub-plot focused on Thanos' two daughters (which could have done with a little more room to breathe, in all honesty).

The weirdest thing about the entire exchange comes when Nebula reveals that Thanos punished her for not being able to fight her sister off by "upgrading" parts of her body. She says he pulled off her arm to replace it with a bionic upgrade. That she suffered him plucking out her eye to do the same (even though her eye is clearly still there in the middle of the bionic augmentation).

Most harrowingly, she says he pulled out her brain to replace it. How the hell is she even alive?!
