Soundstages are incredible things. This raw footage from the set of Guardians Vol. 2 takes place during the Ravagers' arrival as seen in the movie's trailer, but of course, before the blue screen has been filled in and everything's been lit and graded properly, it basically looks fairly unconvincing and ridiculous.

It just goes to show how different shooting CGI-heavy movies is to actually watching them, and the immense skill and imagination it requires of actors and filmmakers to fill in the blanks on set.
