Drax immediately bursts into a fit of howling laughter and shouts, "She just told everyone your deepest, darkest secret! You must be so embarrassed!", and in-between laughs, asks Mantis to do him next.

The hysterical image of Drax laughing became an Internet meme within mere hours of the trailer landing, and reinforces that Drax is sure to be one of the movie's best comic relief highlights once again.

Also, considering how horribly the MCU handles most of its romances, straight-up mocking it is probably a smart idea.
