Halloween: Everything You Need To Know About Michael Myers
1. He REALLY Hates His Family
Everybody hates their family a little bit at times, but no one hates their family quite like Michael Myers does.
It started with the murder of his older sister Judith in 1963 and has just sort of snowballed from there. He spent all of Halloween 1 and 2 trying to murder Laurie Strode, who was later revealed to be his younger sister. Then in Halloween 4, after lying dormant for a decade, he arose and broke out of confinement upon overhearing that he had a living niece from one of the paramedics.
He spent all of Halloween 4 and 5 attempting to kill his niece, Jamie, only to finally succeed in Halloween 6 after she had given birth to his son (never not gross). Then in H20, he found out that Laurie Strode was still alive and in hiding, so he tracked her down from across the country in the name of finally killing her. She managed to survive that encounter but met her untimely demise in the opening minutes of the next film, Halloween: Ressurection.
Zombie's films had him very much following in the same footsteps, killing even more family members and even Laurie's adopted parents. So in essence, Michael Myers has spent the last four decades killing every single member of his family across six different timelines.
