20. Mundungus Fletcher
When looking at the Order of the Phoenix members, Mundungus Fletcher sticks out somewhat. Most of the other members were friends with, or at least respected by, the rest of the team, but not so much Fletcher. He was there out of loyalty to Dumbledore rather than the want to do good.
His reputation dealing wizarding artifacts left the others suspicious of him, and though he was trusted enough to participate in the Battle of the Seven Potters, he caused the Order to lose one of its most important members.
Everyone moving Harry from Privet Drive to the Burrow knew the risks, and they fought when attacked by the Death Eaters in spite of them. Fletcher however, did not. Disguised as the Harry with Alastor Moody, Fletcher disapparated, leaving Mad-Eye outnumbered. Lord Voldemort's Killing Curse took Moody to the grave, thanks to Fletcher abandoning him.
