The beloved Harry Potter franchise started life a single book in 1997 and quickly turned into something far greater. With six subsequent novels, and eight movies based on those books, Harry Potter became one of the most recognizable names in pop culture. So much so, every household seems to have at least one Harry Potter book laying around somewhere.

The larger story follows the eponymous Harry as he makes his way through the wizarding school of Hogwarts. Each book, and therefore film, takes place during one year of school, concluding with the students' final year of magical education.

Harry makes a few friends along the way of course, most notably Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron is a shy boy from a poor family of wizards and witches, and he often sees the negative in things. Well, or at least the scary aspects of a situation, and he never shies away from complaining about them.

While Ron may be timid and cautious, he proves himself to be one of the greatest wizards Hogwarts has ever seen, alongside his friends, as they save the school from various threats, including the nefarious Voldemort. Obviously, Ron didn't do all of this without dropping some iconic and classic lines.
