2. Ultimo
In order to extend and repair the legacy of the frankly very, very disappointing movie adaptation of the Mandarin seen in Iron Man 3, perhaps Tony Stark could find himself under attack from another of his creations in the future. Ultimo is actually thousands of years old and the Mandarin actually found it in a volcano, but he reprogrammed and updated it, then controlled it to attack his arch-enemy Iron Man. As a gigantic artificial construction, Ultimo is incredibly strong and nearly indestructible - far more so than Iron Man. Despite his ample size, he is deceptively quick and can walk at speeds of around 100 miles per hour (160 km/h). He can absorb and store immense amounts of heat energy and can fire beams of concussive force or beams capable of disintegrating matter from his eyes, the power of which varies with his own power levels (but at full power they can easily vaporize hundreds of tons of rock in a single blast and would be a massive threat to Stark). An interesting feature of Ultimo is that he can, over time, significantly increase his size via the absorption of energy. This would give Tony Stark a real problem, as blasting Ultimo would essentially be 'feeding' Ultimo and cause him to grow. Ultimo would present a new kind of threat to Iron Man and would look absolutely awesome on screen. Age of Ultron is debatable.
