Justice League: 10 Ways Joker Could Factor Into The Snyder Cut

4. A Suicide Squad "Ayer Cut" Tie-In

Ever since it was first revealed that Warner Bros. is going to #ReleaseTheSnyderCut, fans - and director David Ayer, believe it or not - have campaigned for the studio to also #ReleaseTheAyerCut of 2016's Suicide Squad. The filmmaker insists that his version of the movie is better than what ended up in cinemas, and if this four-part event is a hit, then the likelihood of that happening definitely goes up.

Suicide Squad takes place before the events of Justice League, of course, but there are still ways The Joker's appearance here could somehow tie into the fabled "Ayer Cut."

Zack Snyder's Justice League kicking off with a scene revealing that Steppenwolf was somehow connected to Enchantress or that it was Lex Luthor who tasked Deathstroke with helping break Harley out in exchange for the Harlequin of Hate getting him out of Arkham Asylum (who knows the place better than The Joker?).

Regardless, some sort of tie-in seems inevitable, especially when Snyder and Ayer appear to be on the same page after their movies underwent huge changes courtesy of interfering studio execs.
