Justice League: 10 Ways Joker Could Factor Into The Snyder Cut

2. Setting Up Batman's Return In The Flash

It's been confirmed that Ben Affleck will reprise the role of Batman in 2022's The Flash, a movie which will take the Fastest Man Alive through the Multiverse. Ben Affleck's Dark Knight will be responsible for creating Barry Allen's new costume, and the expectation is that his appearance there is going to serve as a farewell for his version of Bruce Wayne.

It would be smart of Warner Bros. to use The Snyder Cut of Justice League to set the stage for that, and it's possible The Joker's cameo here will lead to him playing a role in The Flash as well.

Whether that's as a Reverse-Flash style villain who sets out to use the Flash's powers to wipe Batman from history or even as an unexpected foe to Michael Keaton's returning Caped Crusader from 1989, that ambitious project could have a lot of fun with the Clown Prince of Crime.

It may ultimately depend how far along development on The Flash is, but there's surely a way to tie the two projects together and have The Joker stuck in the middle!
