LEGO Batman Movie: 75 Easter Eggs & References You Need To See
60. Tim Burton's Rubber Duck
During the Joker's attempt to destroy Gotham, it's revealed that the Penguin - who is based on Tim Burton's version of the character - also travels in the same mode of transport: a giant, heavily armed rubber duck.
59. Batman Forever
When Batman saves the city (again), he's carried around on a king's chair by adoring Gothamites as other city dwellers show their appreciation of him holding up placards and messages of support.
One of the signs has a 1960s Batman POW sign and another reads Batman Forever, in honour of Joel Schumacher's film.
58. The "Wayne Car" Plates
There are a couple of vanity registration plates in the film: the first is seen on Batman's Speed Wagon (named surely in homage to band REO Speed Wagon?) and reads BT1TUDE, which fits nicely with the kind of douche-bag this Batman is (and also fits his penchant for Bat-puns - like his Bat-tle Ship seen in the Bat Cave).
The other is a little more risqué; Bruce Wayne's car has the registration number "Wayne Car", which should definitely not be read as English-favourite slur "w*nker" at all...
