Long Shot Review: 6 Ups & 2 Downs

3. The Fantastic Soundtrack

Like previous Rogen-Levine collaborations, Long Shot boasts an awesome soundtrack packed with classic pop jams, most memorably invoking Roxette's iconic "It Must Have Been Love" several times, which not-so-coincidentally also appeared on the soundtrack for Pretty Woman.

Elsewhere the soundtrack also includes Boyz II Men - who have an early cameo appearance in the film - and at one point in the movie, Fred introduces Charlotte to the voice of a generation that is 2 Chainz. Yup.

It's the use of Roxette's smash hit that really helps imbue the film with some unexpected emotion, though, and whether you're nostalgic for the song or not, it absolutely hits the mark.
