8. Just How Did Joe Get The Rainmaker Information?
The main purpose of Joe's time-travel back into the past hinges on some computer hacker guy who only gets one line in the movie. He doesn't even give him anything definitive, three possible tracking codes for children born on the same day as the Rainmaker. Did Joe really trust this guy? How did this guy come about it? We have to make narrative leaps at times in movies, but this big leap stretches it. Since it is a driving plot point this needed a tad more elaboration.
