1. Sylvester Stallone - $400m

His role in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 might be little more than a glorified cameo, but it comes in the twilight of a career that has seen two hugely successful franchises (Rocky and Rambo) that have spanned decades and a brand almost as recognisable as Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He's an action movie legend, has directed some of his own most lucrative movies (getting paid twice, ingeniously) and unless personal controversies derail him, he could well reappear in the MCU for a Ravagers spin-off in future for another big payday to top up his reported $400m pot even more.
