Marvel and ABC developing new HULK T.V. Show!

ABC and Marvel are in the early stages of developing a brand new live-action t.v. series for 2011 revolving around 'The Incredible Hulk'. The probable 'hour-longs' are likely to have no correlation to 'The Avengers' or Mark Ruffalo and will instead act as a key introduction to the world of Marvel Television, led by ex-Heroes producer Jeph Leob. He is looking to develop 2-3 shows based on Marvel's extensive character library to kick-start the new label. Effectively then, it's probably going to be yet another reboot of Bruce Banner after the popular CBS series of the late 70's/early 80's with Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno - the two reboot movies starring Eric Bana and Edward Norton - and any future movies with Ruffalo and 'The Avengers'. Needless to say my first reaction is 'not Hulk again', I mean do we really need a fourth attempt at making something of the character in less than ten years?!? Personally speaking, I would have waited to see the reaction the green giant superhero receives as part of 'The Avengers' in less than two years time to see if there's any gas left in the character, and then plan whether a film franchise or t.v. series was the best way to go, ideally with Mark Ruffalo leading. Introducing YET ANOTHER HULK before 'The Avengers' seems counterproductive. The Hollywood Reporter also say Loeb's other introductory t.v. show will be 'Cloak & Dagger', for which writers are being sought;
...runaway teens, Cloak and Dagger become the victims of a criminal heroin dealr whose experimentations awaken latent mutant abilities. Cloak's powers allow him to engulf criminals in a world of darkness within himself while Dagger has the ability to create and manipulate daggers of light.
Loeb has also shortlisted the following as potential future shows. Naturally 'The Punisher' is on the list, because we need another reboot of Frank Castle, just as much as we need one of Bruce Banner, right?
€ "Heroes for Hire" (focusing on ex-con Luke Cage offering to take on bad guys for a price); € "The Eternals" (a race of superpowered beings live amid humanity in secret, inspiring legends); € "Agents of Atlas, Alter Ego" (private investigator Jessica Jones takes on cases involving superhumans); € "Moon Knight, the Red Hood" (a low-rent criminal discovers a cloak that gives him superpowers); € "Ka-Zar" (a Tarzan-type and his saber-toothed tiger must journey to the concrete jungle to seek justice); € "Daughters of the Dragon" (a dynamic female duo, one with a bionic arm and the other a granddaughter of a samurai, open a private-detective agency); and € "The Punisher" (one man wages a war on crime; already adapted as two feature films).
