7. Terminus

Terminus, a member of the Terminex race from the planet Fonabi, is a giant destroyer of worlds who was first encountered by Mister Fantastic (not part of the the MCU) and She-Hulk (not yet introduced in film) while they were investigating a powerful beam from outer space. The beam was Terminus claiming the Earth as his own. Mister Fantastic defeated him first time round with a device that drove him hundreds of miles into the crust of the planet. However, the character reappear in a handful of stories over the ensuing years, encountering several of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's current crop of heroes, such as Thor, Iron Man and Captain America, in the process. "The Terminus Factor" published across five annuals during 1990 explained Terminus' origin story, describing it as a "planetary virus" that infects a world, co-opting the planet's lifeforms and "birthing" a new Terminus. Whilst on Earth, he infected numerous animals with his virus, turning them in to giant robots which fought the Avengers on his behalf. Terminus possesses superhuman strength, durability and endurance, by virtue of his metallic armour and alien nature and possesses a lance which serves as a weapon, an energy conduit and his transportation. It can fire energy blasts, generate an "atomic storm" that surrounds Terminus as a form of shield, it can absorb the energy of an entire planet and it allows Terminus to travel through space at faster-than-light speeds. It is 240' long and is composed of the same organic metal as Terminus's body, so it is also capable of self-repair. Terminus can also recall the lance to himself (rather like how Thor can with Mjolnir - indeed, Terminus once used Mjolnir as a power source to rebuild his lance when it was damaged). He's a really interesting, if somewhat obscure villain who would be great to see on screen - not least because he'd look fantastic.
