Of course, the biggest implication of the Fantastic Four's potential arrival in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the fact that the world will finally get a decent movie that's worthy of Marvel's first family's name. So far, Fox has delivered an incredibly cheesy franchise with some terrible special effects (that Thing costume, for Christ's sake) and some truly awful character depictions (Doctor Doom, Galactus etc) and an utterly horrendous reboot movie that was so boring you forgot what had happened by the time you left the cinema, and Marvel Studios could undoubtedly put those wrongs right. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has barely put a foot wrong since 2008 - and what it has done wrong has certainly not been on the scale of Fox's Fantastic Four blunders - and to have the Fantastic Four in their safe hands would be pleasantly refreshing.
