6. The Rise Of The Silver Surfer (And Other Heralds)

With the Fantastic Four and Galactus would come the inevitable arrival of the Silver Surfer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe - and that would be awesome as hell. The Silver Surfer is one character that Fox actually did okay with; he looked okay, he had a decent set of powers (albeit not on the level of the comic book version) and his characterisation as a reluctant servant of Galactus-turned hero was faithful to the comic books. However, all that makes people imagine is just how spectacular he would be if Marvel Studios got hold of him and, more to the point, what the studio would do with the entire roster of Galactus' heralds at their disposal - the likes of Terrax, Firelord, Red Shift and Stardust. It's really quite a mouth-watering prospect. Story arcs that could be more faithfully depicted on screen with the Silver Surfer and the rest of Galactus' heralds involved include the likes of Annihilation, The Thanos Imperative and Secret Wars - all of which would be fantastic spectacles.
