There are some huge characters from the Marvel Universe yet to appear in the MCU that have been rumoured for years. Namor is one such character, and is currently expected by many to be played by Tenoch Huerta when Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits later this year. There was an earthquake under the Wakandan sea during Avengers: Endgame, but does anyone really believe this was just an earthquake?

Much like with Reed Richards however, there is no guarantee that this will be his first appearance. Namor has long been a member of the Illuminati in the comics, and would be the representative for Atlantis on the committee should this translate to the MCU.

Despite having a fierce rivalry with T’Challa and Wakanda, Namor has been a hero in the comics, as well as a villain, an anti-hero, and just about every other description imaginable. He is an incredibly versatile character, and would bring something new to the franchise.

While many of the characters on this list are either Variants of pre-existing MCU characters or rebooted characters from non-MCU movies, Namor would be making his big screen debut. With all the excitement around multiple universes, the MCU will surely at the same time still have the future of its original universe in mind when crafting the team.
