As Steve tracked Bucky down in Bucharest, the latter was on the run from the police. However, they were kept at bay by his friend trying to protect him. It was Prince T’Challa of Wakanda who caused more problems for the Winter Soldier in a misguided attempt to avenge his father’s death. This was the first sighting for audiences of T’Challa as the Black Panther, and it was incredible.

The vibranium claws and bullet proof suit, the speed and agility, and the pure aggression made him jump off the screen immediately. Not to mention his superhuman strength, only equalled by that of Bucky himself.

Add in Steve Rogers, fast cars and motorcycles, and you have an instant classic chase scene. Though there was a lot of running, there was also more than a little fighting, as T’Challa proved his hand to hand prowess against two men known to be super soldiers.
