MCU: Every Phase Three Post Credit Scene Ranked Worst To Best

As previously mentioned, Bucky Barnes was put on ice in Wakanda after the events of Civil War. This is shown in the first credit scene for the third Captain America movie, though this is far from the only thing that is shown here.

Steve Rogers and T'Challa, two characters who had just spent an entire movie fighting on opposite sides of the civil war, are shown as being on the same page. Moving forward in the MCU, this was a big deal. Both are incredible characters, and each a more than worthy ally to the other, as shown later in Infinity War. With Bucky being hidden away in the African nation, it could be assumed that he may not be the only member of Team Cap T'Challa was helping to protect.

The biggest tease from this mid-credit stinger however, was simply seeing Wakanda for the first time. Ever since it appeared as a tiny dot on a map in Iron Man 2, seeing Wakanda in live action was high on every Marvel fan's wish list. Even though it was just a statue of a panther, it was enough to send anticipation for Black Panther's next appearance through the roof.
