3. Venom
Okay, so... We need to talk about Venom: Let There Be Carnage. If you haven't seen the film, the mid-credits scene, Venom basically tells Eddie that he'll give Eddie access to the shared Klyntar hive mind and all the knowledge contained within. As he begins his symbiote mind-meld, there's a flash of light, and the duo are transported from their hotel room to a different, nicer hotel room, which is - spoiler alert - in the MCU, as evidenced by Tom Holland's Spider-Man having his face plastered across the TV screen.
This was equal parts shocking and totally unsurprising. We all knew that Sony wanted to either A) take Spider-Man back to their universe, or B) integrate their universe with the MCU in some way. Clearly, Venom has been transported to the MCU, but how? The safe bet is that it was Dr. Strange tampering with the multiverse (like a rascal).
The big question is this: will Venom be in No Way Home? Since they're almost certainly setting up some version of the Sinister Six for No Way Home, is he the final member? That seems logical.
We'll just have to wait and see, but things just got very interesting.
